1. Take out the small lid of the bottom garbage container
2. Put a garbage bag in the groove (not included in the package)
3. Put on the lid
4. Open the garbage bag and put it in the mouth of the container
5. Tighten the sifter and the garbage container together
6. After shoveling the cat litter, tilt it and pour it into the garbage container
7. Unscrew the sifter, take out the garbage bag and throw it away

Returns Process.

Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

When returning a product, please do the following:

  • Please email we will keep you updated by email.
  • Please put a form inside your returned package with: the reason for return, the purchase date, the original invoice number, and the item number for the product.
  • Proof of purchase from is required for all returns.
  • Ship the package to the designated address, the address will be provided by email after your return application is submitted.
